Lillian Huffman, a lifelong Frisco resident, brings a passion for real estate, strategic marketing, and building lasting relationships to The DiBella Team. Known for her creativity, organization, and attention to detail, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

Lillian earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, where she developed expertise in brand strategy, communications, and marketing campaigns. Her experience creating brand positioning and marketing strategies gives her a unique advantage in showcasing homes and connecting with today's buyers.

As both a REALTOR® and Marketing Manager for The DiBella Team, Lillian combines innovative digital marketing with personalized service to maximize exposure for every listing while delivering an exceptional client experience. She is committed to clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of real estate, Lillian loves teaching fitness classes, staying active, and being involved in the Frisco community she proudly calls home. Her local knowledge, marketing expertise, and genuine passion for helping others make her a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike.
